A Local Law amending the Land Use Local Law of the Town of Colesville, Broome County, New York

Local Law 4-1996

Adopted April 4, 1996

 

Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Colesville as follows:

Section 1.

The Town of Colesville Land Use Local Law be and hereby is amended by this Local Law as follows:

The following properties situate on Circle Drive, Station Lane, County Highway 303 and New York State Route 7 are hereby zoned and designated Commercial (C) District under the Town of Colesville Land Use Local Law adopted June 14, 1984, subject to all regulations created and established relative to said Commercial District:

Section 2. If any part or provision of this Local Law or the application thereof to any person or circumstances be adjudged invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall be confined in its operation to the part or provision or application directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered and shall not affect or impair the validity of the remainder of this Local Law or the application thereof to other persons or circumstances and the Town Board of the Town of Colesville hereby declares that it would have passed this Local Law or the remainder thereof had such invalid application or invalid provision been apparent.

 

Section 3.

All Ordinances, Local Laws and parts thereof inconsistent with this Local Law are hereby repealed.                                           193-15

Section 4.

This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
