A Local Law Rescinding a Local Law of the Town of Colesville Pursuant to Article 8 of the New York Environmental Conservation Law Providing for Environmental Quality Review of Actions Which May Have a Significant Effect on the Environment
Section 1.
Local Law 1 -1977 adopted on July 7,1977 pursuant to Article 8 of the New York Environmental Conservation Law, whereby the Town of Colesville undertook and exercised its regulatory authority with regard to activities subject to regulation under said Article as amended by Local law 5-1982 adopted on April 1, 1982 and as further amended by Local Law 3-1985 adopted on May 2, 1985, by and the same hereby is rescinded.
Section 2.
Hereafter the regulations set forth in 6 NYCRR Part 617 implementing the provisions of the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) shall provide the regulatory framework for and govern the implementation of SEQR by all agencies of the Town of Colesville.
Section 3.
This Local Law shall take effect immediately.
